A magnificent tour from Luzern to the Sherlock Holmes village of Meirignen via the stunning Brunnig line. Onto the unique tram/train to the special Aare station hewn out of rock and entry to the Aare Gorge, a natural wonder. Stroll along the gorge to the other end and enjoy coffee and cake in the welcome centre before joing the tram/train back to Meiringen - why not stop to look at the world famous Sherlock Homes Museum? Then take the beautiful Brunnig Line back to Luzern. A day to remember!
